Currently, Element EcoWear is only required to charge sales tax to California residents. Although the baseline tax is 7.75%, with additional tax supplements charged to most counties, we are currently offering a discounted tax rate of 4% to help our customers 'keep it green' in these economic times. That means California residents pay only 4% sales tax, and we pay the rest!

To see the amount of sales tax in your shopping cart prior to checkout, just log in to your account, or enter your address. The cart will then show you the 4% sales tax (if you're a California resident), and your shipping fee options. You don't need to go through any check out just to see tax and shipping rates!
